Development Review Board

 

A Development Review Board (DRB) is appointed by the Selectboard and is responsible for reviewing applications for variance/waivers, site plan review, conditional use review and appeals of the zoning administrator’s decisions. The Development Review Board is a quasi-judicial board and makes its decisions following a formal public hearing. As a quasi-judicial board, DRB members are not allowed to discuss a project with the applicant or any interested party outside of the public hearing.
